How to regain access to my H2cryptO account?

If you have lost email access or have been locked out of your H2cryptO account, there are a few steps involved with account recovery:

    1. Please make sure you are receiving all H2cryptO notifications via email. Please check your forwarding options as well as spam filters.
    2. Navigate to the H2cryptO website sign-in page and enter your email address, password and 2FA if applicable.
    3. If the password does not work, please select “Forgot Password” and send an account recovery email associated to your account.
    4. If a password recovery email has not been sent, or 2FA code is not working properly please contact our chatbot located on our home, support, and contact pages. Lastly, If a password recovery email has not been sent, please contact H2cryptO client service via chat, email or phone.

 

How can I troubleshoot 2-Factor Authentication?

H2cryptO offers 2-step verification, also known as two-factor Authentication (2FA), that creates an additional layer of security with accessing your account as well as your username and password.

Note: Please make sure your mobile device software and H2cryptO mobile app are up to date. We also advise storing the secret seed for your 2FA app if you change/lose your phone and still need to access your account. Google Authenticator provides a seed phrase for account recovery. If you still cannot access your account, please contact us via chat, email, or phone.

How do I recover lost email access?

H2cryptO is not responsible for lost access to client email associated with an H2cryptO account, however we can document the issue and freeze account activity for security purposes if requested. Why can’t I reset my password?

If an H2cryptO client has selected “Reset Password” and a password reset email has been sent to the account, we suggest troubleshooting spam inbox or email filters. Please confirm that the email is associated with the H2cryptO account. If this option does not provide a solution contact H2cryptO through one of our channels of communication chat, email, and phone.

Will H2cryptO ever call me directly?

H2cryptO will never contact clients directly over the phone for security purposes. If you receive any incoming phone calls from H2cryptO, it is fraudulent. H2cryptO client service team will never ask you to disclose or verify sensitive personal information such as user account info or password information on the phone.
At any time, if clients receive an unexpected call about an H2cryptO related problem, they are advised to hang up immediately. If you believe that you have spoken with a bad actor and someone has gained access to your account, please contact H2cryptO client service immediately via chat, email, or phone, at 1-307-888-4H2O (4426) and we will temporarily freeze the account.
