How to Create Your H2cryptO Account

What you will need:

H2cryptO clients must be 18 years old and have the following before you can create an account:

1. Current up to date Government-issued photo ID
2. Internet-enabled computer (Windows or Mac) or mobile device (iOS or Android) with the latest operating system installed.
3. Email to receive notifications
4. A mobile device to connect Two-factor Authentication for securing account (strongly encouraged, but not mandated)
5. Download the latest version of the H2cryptO app or a browser that has been updated to the most recent version. We recommend using the Brave browser (not mandatory). This privacy-first, crypto-powered browser blocks websites from tracking you by default.
   Note: H2cryptO doesn’t charge a fee to create or maintain your account.

To create an account, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.h2crypto.io in your browser or open the H2cryptO app on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click the Sign-Up button.
3. Enter your full name, email address, and a unique password that consists of at least 12 characters. We recommend that you do not reuse a password you’ve also used on another website. If you have trouble remembering passwords, you can use a password manager to generate and enter random/unique passwords each time you log in. Do not take screenshots of the account password.
   
4. Agree to our Terms and Conditions
5. Please verify that you’re not a robot from reCAPTCHA and click Sign Up.
6. Open your email inbox and locate an email from no-reply@h2crypto.io. Depending on the reliability of your nework connection it could take up to ten minutes to receive the email, depending on the internet connection. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive in your inbox. If it was labeled as spam, mark it as “Not Spam” and add contact@h2crypto.io to the contacts on your computer or mobile device.
7. Click the link in the email, which will open the browser displaying the H2cryptO website. If there is no link in the email, your email settings (or a security filter) may have blocked it. In this circumstance, try copying and pasting the link in the browser, clearing your browser history, using a different browser, or you could enable HTML in your email settings.
8. Use the email and password you used to set up your H2cryptO account to sign in and complete the process.
